Existing testimonials stay visible. You can't add new ones in that space until you delete some or upgrade.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer a no-questions-asked refund within 7 days of your first payment. Email support@kudos.com.my.
Is my payment data secure?
Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy (PCI DSS Level 1, GDPR compliant). We never see your card details.
Which languages does the collection form support?
English, Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese (Simplified), and Chinese (Traditional). Set your default language per space.
How does WhatsApp import work?
Upload one or more chat screenshots — AI reads each, extracts the sender name and message, and saves them as testimonials for you to approve.
